Aluprof MB-70 for Windows and Doors
The MB-70 system is designed for thermally and acoustically insulated external openings, including windows, doors, entrance enclosures, shopfronts, and spatial structures. With enhanced thermal qualities and a variety of customization options, it is suitable for both modern and historic building applications.
Technical Specifications
- Thermal Breaks: Uses “omega”-shaped thermal breaks of 34 mm (windows) and 24 mm (doors), made from polyamide reinforced with fiberglass, improving profile rigidity and thermal insulation.
- Profile Depth: 70 mm for frames and casements in doors, and 70 mm (frames) and 79 mm (casements) in windows.
- Thermal Break Design: Includes additional gaskets and tongues dividing the chamber between internal and external aluminium sections into three parts for optimal thermal performance.
- Compatibility with Enhanced Insulation: MB-70HI, MB-70US HI, and MB-70CW HI for solutions with enhanced thermal insulation.
- Customizable Aesthetics: Allows for concealed sash windows and industrial “steel-like” variants for aesthetic flexibility.
